“An organization is only as good as its volunteers, staff and management!” At The Retreat at Santa Rita Springs, we stand by that statement, and encourage volunteers to join in the fun activities with the seniors. Our Mission statement reads:

A senior’s life is an accumulation of richness: education, loves,
accomplishment, experiences and tributes. This is a community
where that richness can continue to grow.
